Qualification:
  • More than 10+ Years of experience in Embedded sales, out of which at least 3-5 years in Bay Area
  • Preferably experienced working with Indian Services company
  • Excellent communication, articulate in discussion and having great closure skills
  • Good understanding about Embedded Basics and product development cycle
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the solution strategy, solution sales in the embedded systems and software
  • Ability to craft and communicate value proposition, differentiators, positioning and sales presentations in Wireless, Ethernet, Multi-Media in Real-time operating systems
  • Responsible for analyzing competitors and driving pre-sales and post-sales customer activities for revenue generation
  • Delivering consistent quarter over quarter revenue primary matrix) and profitability (secondary matrix) as defined in MBO
  • The individual will be responsible for driving Sibridge's embedded business to the next level by building a sustainable revenue stream.
  • Responsible for opening doors and create consistent revenue streams from multiple clients
Additional Requirements:
  • Past experience in working with India off-shore development companies would be great plus
  • Extremely good in communications, exposure to keeping consistent records through CRM syst ems and driving quarterly business reviews with management
  • Past experience in working with chip companies or product companies in the capacity of Account Manager or Sales/Business Development Manager
  • A rolodex of close contacts in industry with at least closure of 1MN+ revenue per quarter

Qualification:

  • Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with Information Technology Company. ASIC / HW / SW background is preferred
  • Candidate must possess Engineering Degree in EC / EE / CE.
  • Candidate with Business Management will be preferred
  • Candidate should be well versed with MS Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Candidate MUST have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral & written communication skills and MUST be energetic and result oriented.
  • Should be ready to work in flexible time schedules.
  • MBA (Fresher) with strong engineering background and analytical skills will be a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation activities/ generation of new business to the organization in our various domains of expertise.
  • Generation of database through cold callings, customized email campaign etc.
  • Follow up on prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Responsible for sales coordination
  • Research and develop a comprehensive prospect database using industry mapping
