The Matroska Multimedia Container is an open standard container format. Matroska file types are .MKV for video (with subtitle and audio) and .MKA for audio-only files and .MKS for subtitles only. Matroska Mux/Demux container format is suitable for streaming media application including files like Audio, Video, Sub titles and other timing data.
