Rajesh Shah is a serial entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in engineering and business development of semiconductors. His strength lies in identifying and unlocking the optimal value for customers in technology products and services.

Samir is a veteran of the Silicon Valley with more than 15 years of experience leading chip design teams at Broadcom, LSI Logic and eInfochips. His strength lies in building strong chip DV teams focused on right-first-time-silicon delivery. In his most recent services stint, his teams successfully executed more than 50 chip verification projects for leading chip companies.

Paul Wilhelmsen brings over 25 years in sales, marketing and engineering roles with software, semiconductors, and microwave products. Prior to coming to Sibridge Technologies, Paul was Vice President of Sales for Blue Pearl Software. At Atrenta, Paul was a Strategic Account Manager. Prior to working for Atrenta, Wilhelmsen managed partner sales for ARM and Artisan, and was Vice President of Sales for Yield Dynamics, developing key partnerships with TSMC and AMD. Wilhelmsen also directed the Western Region for Virage Logic, and has held sales and engineering positions with Aspec Technology, Cadence, EEsof, and Comsat Labs. Wilhelmsen holds a B.S. in Management from Pepperdine University and has served in the United States Air Force.

Umesh Patel brings more than 16 years of experience in designing complex integrated circuits and has contributed in number of successful semiconductor products, ASIC/FPGA IP solutions and services. Prior to Sibridge, Umesh worked at Teranetics (acquired by PLX technology), NetXen (acquired by Qlogic), XaQti (acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor) and Synopsys Inc. where he designed, verified and managed a variety of SOC and EDA products. He also managed Glabs, Inc ASIC design Service Company from 2008 to 2009.

Parthiv Shah has 15+ years of experience in the area of Embedded software development and maintenance. He specializes in offshore project definition, management, measurement, execution and delivery. His experience includes WiFi, Bluetooth, High speed Networking & Communication, VoIP and Telecom areas.

Elango has 20 years of experience in VLSI Design and Verification. Elango’s has managed turnkey and time and material projects and his expertise lies in collaborating with teams spread globally. He has led large VLSI teams and has held senior position at Amicus Wireless Inc. and Connexion Semiconductors. Apart from that, he has also led several projects at Tellabs and Cisco.
